Nobu Residences Los Cabos made its debut with 60 residential-style accommodations that are now open for reservations. The Nobu Residences Los Cabos is available for both short and extended stays, and it offers the privacy of a rental home with the amenities of a luxury hotel.
Suites range from one to four bedrooms and are complete with Nobu’s design from the rooms at its Los Cabos resort. Each features garden or golf course views, a private kitchen, a soaking tub and 24-hour concierge service, with private plunge pools in the ground floor suites and a private fitness center in the penthouse.
Residence guests will have exclusive access to the new Esencia Onsen wellness spa and fitness center and will be able to access all the facilities at the Nobu Hotel Los Cabos. Rates start at $1,600 per night.
